The choke valve is mainly used to control the pressure of the well during the drilling process. Throttling is achieved by adjusting the lift height of the throttle valve core to achieve parallel control. The valve is designed and manufactured according to APISpec 6A standard, with corrosion resistance and safe and reliable use.

Single flow valve

The one-way valve is a special valve for reverse flow of the male stop mud fluid. It can be used to protect the pump when the pump is stopped. The valve adopts a spring pre-compression structure, mainly composed of valve body, valve body, valve seat, gland and other parts. The valve is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 6A standard, with good self-sealing effect and long service life of Val rubber.

Pneumatic, hydraulic drive safety valve

Hydraulic drive safety valve mainly includes two parts: safety valve preparation valve and hydraulic driver, which is the executive part of the well safety system. The high-pressure oil enters the cavity on the upper part of the driver, thereby compressing the lower spring policy to open the valve. When the wellhead device is subjected to dangerous pressure, the control mechanism transmits a signal from the sensor to relieve the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, and the spring policy pushes the valve stem mechanism to close the valve and wellhead device to ensure the safety of process equipment.
